Cancellation and Refund Policy for Camps: We hope you don't need to cancel once registered, but sometimes things happen to change plans. In order to keep our programs full, we often have a waiting list. If you cancel your enrollment at least two weeks before a session begins, we will refund 75% of class fee. If you cancel within one to two weeks, we will refund 50%. Within one week of the program's start, sorry, no refund, unless we can fill your spot from our waiting list. If you (or your child, if a camp) is ill during our program and misses a day, we're sorry but we cannot offer a credit for the day as we purchase our supplies and staffing needs based on advance registrations. If, by chance, Valerie is sick (as happened one day), the program will take place with a subsitute teacher if at all possible. If not, you will get a full refund.
